Description of the car the automaker Citroën C4
The car the automaker Citroën C4 has been presented to the public under the theme of “positive energy”. The Citroën C4 has “suffered” a few modifications to the old version: round the hood ribbed sides of the approach, expansion of the grille, new rafters, new original signature fires on board and choice of 10 colors. The aerodynamically optimized by processing of its carved surfaces and black rear spoiler. The wheels of diameter between 15”and 18”. Its measurements are 4.33 m long, 1.79 m wide and 1.49 m high.
Inside, the handset has 3 dials and steering wheel controls for centralized integrated multiple functions, such as audio, telephone and cruise control with speed limiter. Many arrangements are present: illuminated glove box, drawer under the front seats, front storage on central console decorated with four storage areas. The C4 is equipped with several technology-driving (electronic brakeforce distribution, emergency brake assist and traction control) and various technologies (with hill start, electric parking brake, AFIL, directional headlamps to Xenon dual-function and park assist). In addition, new features are available, such as the monitoring system of blind ultrasound, the limiter-programmable cruise control, front fog lights with the static lighting and intersection eTouch. Cadillac introduced the eagerly awaited coupe version of the CTS at the Detroit show. As shown in the photos, the coupe combines the front of the sedan with a brand new two-door body that ends in what Ed Welburn, chief designer of the brand, called the “Cadillac fin” in a design that integrates seamlessly with the design of the taillights.
This prototype has a central exhaust which harmonizes with the design of the rear of the car. On the inside, of this prototype is completely black, tinged with yellow panels for better contrast and printing of sportsmanship. The seats are more sporty and more padded than the sedan version.
Welburn gave vague information about the engine of this version, saying it could be any of the engines that are currently used for other models or diesel. According to his own version, the CTS coupe was born almost like a game of their design team, who after finishing the sedan created this other version, which was refined, never finished it, and at some point the prototype was approved. Although not spoken of an upcoming production, is almost certain that the CTS coupe will start producing by 2009.
