Motorization level, seven engines are available: 4 HDi engines (HDi FAP 90, HDi 110 DPFS, e-HDi 110 DPFS and HDi 150 FAP) and three petrol engines (VTi 95, VTi 120 and THP 155). The new features are the front pseudo-McPherson, the rear torsion beam and a hydraulic steering pump unit. The new C4 is equipped with micro-hybrid technology e-HDi, resulting in an HDi engine, a Stop & Start system with alternator reversible second generation of e-booster system, an electronic control system recovery of energy and a gearbox optimized reports.
